Kathy Snyder

President and Chief Executive Officer

Kathy Snyder has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Exhortations, Inc. since its inception in November 2008. More than 35 years experience managing Ray Snyder’s professional collaboration with 125,000 managers in 10 nations has more than prepared her for the task of managing day-to-day operations and to also provide the visionary momentum behind Exhortations.

A 1977 graduate of Charleston Southern University, Kathy started two thriving small businesses and served as the CFO of three 501(C)(3) organizations, often managing more than million dollar budgets. She is a master of performance systems hosted by Inscape Publishing, Success Factors, Inc. and Consulting Psychologists Press.

Being a wife, mother of two adult daughters, and grandmother to five children are the most important roles in her life. She coordinates a weekly LifeGroup dinner and meeting in her home through The Church at LifePark. She is also a preschool leader and a “Mentor Mom” to the local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) organization.
